Hintere Gasse

That yellow wall is so warm in person, it honestly makes the whole alley feel sunnier than the photo suggests. The blue-grey asphalt grounds it perfectly, and it's already the first thing guests comment on when they walk in.

The soft natural light in the photo makes the yellow wall almost glow, and the blue-grey asphalt keeps the whole scene grounded. The diagonal composition pulls my eye right through the alley every time I glance at it. It's hanging in my hallway now and honestly transforms the space.

The diagonal of the yellow wall really draws your eye across the frame; the print is even more striking in person. I’ve got it in my living room and the soft natural light keeps it from feeling too harsh.
